JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 25.05.2022 but due to typing mistake, the order of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner has been typed.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 25.05.2022 is recalled and the same is replaced with the following order:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s) as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Case No. 141 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021.

This is subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.7,000/- by way of a demand draft prepared in the name of the informant in the Court below. The Court below, in turn, will hand over the said demand draft to the informant.
