2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2016 in connection with Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 for the offence alleged under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and nothing has been found from the possession of the petitioner. The alleged seizure list does not contain the signature of any of the family members of the petitioner nor a copy thereof has been handed over to them. It is submitted that in any event, the provisions of Section 7 of the E.C. Act are not attracted.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22122 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Akanksha Kashyap, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S. case No. 57 of 2016.
