2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.239 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the loaded country made pistol was recovered from the field of the petitioner and not for his conscious possession.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail at this stage. The same stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) N.H./- U T
