The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Sahabuddin, named nine persons alleging that they came and assaulted the informant and others. Md. Mazud Alam alleged to have assaulted Md. Sufian on his head with iron rod as a result of which, blood started oozing from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34331 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 his mouth, nose and ears.
It appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, namely, Md. Sher Khan. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014.
