The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diwana Choudhary, father of the petitioner, asked the informant to pay money for providing job. The informant paid Rs. 1, 18,000/- to Diwana Choudhary but later on informant came to know that he was cheated. The petitioner is son of Diwana Choudhary but the petitioner did not receive any money from the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32980 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri T. K. Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria in Alauli P.S. Case No. 102/2015 (G. R. No. 1180/2015).
