According to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on 31.7.2014 but the first information report was lodged on 5.8.2014 i.e. after five days of alleged occurrence. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 4.6.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P.S.
