JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2025 Counsel for the representing university - LNMU, Darbhanga by taking this Court to Paragraphs 5 & 6 and also to the chart duly prepared by the University which is appended as Annexure-B submits that the grievances of the petitioner is redressed.
2. On the other hand, counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the original writ petitioner has died and he had tried to contact the legal heirs of the petitioner of the case but could not be contacted. He further submits that liberty may be restored to the legal heirs, in case certain grievances which according to them is found admissible and payable by the University for which
Patna High Court CWJC No.361 of 2019(5) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 they could represent before the authorities of the University and the same may be directed to be decided within an appropriate time.
3. Considering the submission of both the parties, this Court is of the view that in case any legal heirs with appropriate document submits representation for consideration and if it is found admissible by the University then appropriate order be passed within a period of six weeks and order so passed be also communicated to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner thereafter.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
