Case No.24 of 2007 registered under section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation of the case submitted final form in favour of the petitioner. However, differing with the police report, the learned Magistrate took cognizance of offence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Smt. Barti Devi is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest/surrender, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2007 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua (Kaimur) (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U T
