JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324/34 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation against the petitioner is of causing fire arm injury on the abdomen of the informant. The injury report corroborates the accusation.

Considering the fact that injury report corroborates the accusation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 129 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.
