Petitioner happens to be PDS dealer and when his shop was raided, it was detected that there was shortage of wheat and rice, particularly, in the circumstance when he lifted 59.40 quintal rice and 39.60 quintal wheat.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Murar P.S. Case no. 84/2013.
