Taking into consideration that 12 empty tobacco boxes and mobile sets were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S.Case No. 15 of 2015, corresponding to G.R.No. 196 of 2015.
