Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 135 of 2016, preferred by the petitioner, can be challenged before the Bihar Land Tribunal.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to approach Bihar Land Tribunal against the impugned order, dated 19.07.2017, passed by the Additional Collector, in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 135 of 2016.

It is made clear that if a limitation petition is filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.14363 of 2017(4) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 the petitioner for condonation of delay, the Tribunal will consider this fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
