2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 46 of 2009 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In the trial out of twelve witnesses, two witnesses

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6311 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 have already been examined.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
