Taking into consideration that explosive substance and firearms have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of eight cases, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sursand P.S.Case No. 47 of 2015, pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi stands rejected. However, the learned court below is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions within two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in accordance with law and after commitment of the case,
