The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case no. 199 of 2018, registered under Sections 323, 341, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torturing of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also removing her from matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongings and also giving threatening to perform re-marriage by her husband with another girl. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8854 of 2019(3) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 both the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of wife of co-accused Isteyaque Sheikh and they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
