Petitioner along with Bittu Kumar were apprehended on suspicion and during course of search, loaded pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. A motorcycle was also recovered. Petitioner is under custody since 26.10.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the instant petition.

That being so, petitioner, Ravi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-I, Danapur in connection with Danapur PS Case No. 832 of 2019 (GR No. 3857/2019).
