1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rail Barauni (GRPS) P.S. Case no.218 of 2025, registered under section 305(c) and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while traveling in the train, a bag belonging to his father went missing. On information given to the Railway Protection Force (RPF), it transpired that the bag had been recovered from three accused persons who are the petitioners herein and they were taken into custody. They confessed to their guilt.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. They are in custody since 17.11.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. They have no criminal antecedent.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioners in the F.I.R., the petitioners being in custody since 17.11.2025, charge-sheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, all the three petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rail Barauni (GRPS) P.S. Case no.218 of 2025, on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Barauni at Begusarai.
