2. Earlier the prayer of bail of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71280 of 2023. This is second attempt of bail.

3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that one country-made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is in jail since 22.06.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8729 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 4th, Rosera, Distt.-Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023.

8. The petitioner shall mark his presence in Hasanpur Police Station, Distt- Samastipur on 1st Sunday of every month, failing which, the bail bonds of the petitioner would be cancelled.
