JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that on a petty issue a quarrel took place between parties for which both the parties lodged cases against each other. The informant of the present case sustained altogether four injuries and except one injury i.e on right shoulder, almost all the injuries are simple in nature. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S.Case No. 40 of 2015.
