2.The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 531 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. (U/s. 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14914 of 2025(2) dt.19-04-2025 2/3 I.P.C.).

3. The case of the prosecution is that all the petitioners assaulted the informant's son with iron rod, lathi and bricks with an intention to kill. There is specific allegation against one Rakesh Kumar that he assaulted on the head of the informant's son.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. The nature of allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that there is also a counter case which has been filed by Lallu Rai, the father of one of the petitioners.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 531 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
