Patna High Court CWJC No.5128 of 2021(4) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to approach appropriate forum for resolution of the contractual dispute between the petitioner and the Labour Department arising out of agreement dated 31.08.2018 (Annexure-2).
