Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukhi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2022 and there is recovery of 252 liters of Nepali illicit liquor and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
