The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 12.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 498A/494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full respect. A statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 10 of the petition, which reads as under :- "That the petitioner is ready to keep the informant

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is ready to accept the offer of the petitioner though the petitioner has performed second marriage.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, II, Nalanda in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No.111/2015. It is expected from the learned Court below to make effort to reconcile the issue between the petitioner and the informant within a period of one week on release of the petitioner on bail in connection with the present matter.
