JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 359 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Except Sections 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, almost all the sections are bailable in nature. So far as allegation against the petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he assaulted the informant by fists and slaps.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his
