Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019 lodged under Sections 302, 304(B), 120(B), 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of petitioner was earlier rejected on 02.02.2021, in which observation was made to expedite the trial and concluded the same expedition preferably within 9 months from the day of the received order. Report has been called for about the progress, then it was intimated that the present case is pending for framing of charge.

No.6529 of 2022(4) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is a case of 304(B), in which petitioner is the husband and it is a case of 2019 and even after lapse of 3 years, charge has not been framed in this case. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail but the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
