Informant who happens to be mother of deceased Pappu Verma filed written report disclosing therein that on the alleged date and time of occurrence while her son had gone to Paswan Tola, he was intercepted and assaulted by an unlawful assembly consisting of Congress Sao, Sahejiya, Laxmiya, Pramod Sah, sanjay Paswan, Siyaram, Bimal Paswan, Kaltar Paswan (petitioner), Bhikhari Paswan youngest son of Haricharan Paswan along with 8-10 persons by means of Lathi and Danda whereupon she rushed and found those persons indulged therein. On account thereof, victim died. During postmortem examination, following ante-mortem injuries have been found over person of deceased.
(1) Multiple bruises of various size 2" to 4" in size over back, side of chest and front of chest and abdomen.
(2) A depressed fracture over left. Parietal (antespertion) region of scalp.

No.31590 of 2015 (3) dt.13-10-2015 From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that all the witnesses have stated in omnibus character and that being so petitioner, Kaltar Paswan @ Clacctar Paswan @ Kalaktar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.
