The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2015 in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 386 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The counsel for the petitioner submits that though a year has passed, the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner has got clean antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st
