Petitioner is accused in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 536 of 2018 registered under Section 304 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. On perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that the Offence under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code is not made out against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
