The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction to the respondent- Magadh University to pay to him a sum of 2,26,094/- (Two Lakhs Twenty Six Thousand and Ninety Four only) with interest which is due against the work executed by him for renovation of Conference Hall with the provision of separate Toilet and Electrical

3. The petitioner appears to have filed a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the university for clearing the dues, a copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to the writ application.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the writ application with a direction to the Vice Chancellor (Respondent No.1) and the Registrar of the University (Respondent No.2) to consider the petitioner's representation and take a decision within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is found entitled to any amount, in view of his said representation, they shall ensure that the same is paid within one month thereafter.
