The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 300 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4087 of 2021 on 06.04.2021. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6220 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 300 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
