2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 351(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.11.2024 at about 5:20 AM, while younger brother of informant, namely Kalyan Singh, was going to Patna for servicing of his vehicle in the meanwhile, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including this petitioner and 10-12 unknown persons, armed with rod, hammers and fire arms, arrived and took his Iphone pro max, gold chain, before fleeing with death threats. It is further alleged that on 07.11.2024 also all the accused persons

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, no such occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has taken place rather brother of informant has hit a motorcycle with his car due to which informant's brother sustained some injuries and taking advantage of the situation, due to old prior enmity, this false and concocted case has been lodged. The aforesaid fact has also come during investigation in the statement of witnesses.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific and direct accusation that he, along with other accused persons, demanded Rangdari, damaged the vehicle and assaulted brother of informant. It is further alleged that accused persons also fired which hit the leg of brother of informant. Moreover, petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the
