Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and some others were caught when they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. One country made pistol containing one empty cartridge was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.2.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura P.S.
