JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2016 Perused the letter no. 1242 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016. It reveals that due to non receipt of the F.S.L. report Sessions Trial No. 343 of 2015 arising out of Rupauli P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 has not been disposed of. Several letters have been sent to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna (Bihar) for sending the F.S.L. report of the deceased Sangeeta Devi but till today the same was not sent to the concerned court. Under the circumstances, the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna (Bihar) is directed to send the F.S.L. report of the deceased Sangeeta Devi in Sessions Trial No. 343 of 2015 arising out of Rupauli P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 to the court of the District & Sessions Judge, Purnea within one month with an information to this Court, failing which the matter would be taken
