2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jogbani P.S. Case No. 116/2024, registered for offence punishable under Section 20(B)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

3. As per prosecution case, 39 kg of Ganja was recovered from a seized Maruti Dzire Car, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery of alleged Ganja and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the alleged vehicle, from where, recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
