The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

The house of the petitioner was searched and from there one rifle and live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that petitioner was not present in the house and other persons are also living in the house and, therefore, recovery cannot be said to be made from his conscious possession. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
