JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 This modification application has been filed for modification in the order dated 27.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10829 of 2016 by submitting that in the earlier application due to typographical mistake the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed and accordingly, in the order dated 27.04.2016 address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the cause title of the order.

It is submitted that in the first information report the petitioner is mentioned as Ginni Parveen wife of Md. Massom, R/o village Murar, P.s.- Murkati, District- Khagaria and that should be substituted for the ends of justice as the petitioner due to that mistake has not been released up till now. Heard and perused the written report dated 07.01.2016 filed by the informant Prema Devi. In the written application which is the basis of the first information report the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22369 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 mentioned as Ginni Parveen wife of Md. Masoom, R/o village Murar, P.s.- Murkati, District- Khagaria. As the mistake appears bonafide, let in the order dated 27.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10829 of 2016 address of the petitioner be read as 'R/o village Murar, P.S.- Murkati, District- Khagaria'.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
