The petitioner is languishing in jail since 08.05.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 386, 392 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of Rangdari of Rs.10,00000/- from the informant by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2015. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Prior to the institution of the present case vide Annexure-2, a case was instituted against the informant and in the said case chargesheet

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37751 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 was submitted and same has been posted for trial. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, In charge Chenari Police Station at Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No.19 of 2014.
