The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioners variously armed entered into the house of the informant and abused him. On protest being made the accused persons assaulted the informant by means of 'lathi' and 'danda'. The accused persons also assaulted Sulekha Devi, wife of brother of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.14/2015, pending before the learned ACJM, Jamui. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
