The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Rambabu Pal and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Surendra Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah
