Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not named in the FIR. Her name surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is unmarried girl and aged about 19 years.

Considering the fact that petitioner is unmarried girl, having no criminal antecedent and her name was disclosed by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6101 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 co-accused, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 subject to the condition that bailors should be family members.
