The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.492 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19039 of 2023(3) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
