Public Prosecutor for the State.

The accusation against petitioner is that he opened fire on the informant with a view to pressurize him to enter into compromise in Town P.S. case no. 382/2012.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the above stated Town P.S. case no. 382/2012 was ended in acquittal on 30.09.2013 and the present occurrence is said to have taken place on 16.03.2014 and, therefore, there was no occasion to pressurize the informant to enter into compromise in the above stated Town P.S. case no. 382/2012.

Taking into consideration the above stated submissions of the parties as well as this aspect of the matter that none has sustained any injury, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34114 of 2014 (3) dt.27-01-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case no. 117/2014.
