ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 379, 381 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case was called for earlier, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a vague and indistinct allegation has been made against the petitioner for having withdrawn money from the account of one Raj Kumar. Apart from the allegation as made in the F.I.R., there is no cogent reason to implicate the petitioner.

No.32771 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, , let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
