Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.461 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 56(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 207 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the vehicle. Petitioner is said to be driver of the said vehicle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
