2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan is being constructed in the Gram Panchayat, Raj Bairya, Distt. Gopalganj, in violation

Patna High Court CWJC No.5745 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/3 of the norms prescribed in the check list at Annexure P/4 to the writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a detailed representation has been filed by the 9 ward members of the Panchayat and the villagers before the District Magistrate at Annexure-P/1, but no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioners and the villagers by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj (Respondent No. 4).

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the District Magistrate (Respondent No. 4 ) may be directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioners and others in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and the fact that the petitioners have already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, (Annexure P/1), the Respondent No. 4, i.e. the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, is directed to dispose the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from
