Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.01.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded Katta and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of only one case.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.24 of 2015.
