JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Both the above-said petitions arise out of Sakri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 registered under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, the same are being heard and disposed off by this common order.

According to prosecution case, Petitioners were caught by police along with stolen vehicle which had been looted by the petitioners in Araria district for which, Sakri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 was registered against the petitioners. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30406 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 stands rejected.
