One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14.10.2014.

No doubt, there is some criminal antecedent of the petitioner but taking note of his period of detention in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S.
