2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased. From the case diary, it will appear that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner except suspicion
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide which is apparent from the description of the place of occurrence which shows that the door was broken. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2023.
8. This application stands allowed.
