One Laxman Narain Das and Sudha Rani Das were caught while they were travelling and they disclosed that one Ritu Raj had delivered tickets to them and thereafter, aforesaid Ritu Raj was interrogated who disclosed the name of the petitioner. However, again, in course of investigation, one Gyan Prakash Bharti was arrested and confessed this fact that it was he who purchased tickets using account number of the informant and subsequently, handed over tickets to the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Budha Colony P.S. Case no. 122/2015.
